I ordered a coat at the end of August that was delivered September 18, 2026, which was beautiful but way too big. After emailing Buykud, they immediately responded to my concern and sent another smaller coat. Unfortunately, the second coat is still way too big. I have asked for a smaller size or refund and although I have sent several emails they would not respond to me. The coat was well made and I am interested other pieces but the customer service is non existent and certainly not on the up and up. I paid $146.40 Canadian and feel ripped off. So disappointing! Finally after me negatively commenting in their social media posts they responded and asked if I'd like the smallest coat. I advised I would like to proceed with a refund and again they do not respond. This is now 2 months and I have no coat that fits. I think they are a scam. Buyer beware!
