Before Returning an Item:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Process:

1. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions.

2. Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. After we receive and process your return (within five business days), we will notify you via email and issue your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Exchanges or store credits will be processed based on your preference.
